We don’t usually photograph that much property in August because in the height of the summer most of it is already rented. Stella’s refurbished apartments are situated in the middle of Koskinou – just outside Rhodes Town on the way to Kalithea. It’s a cute, quiet little village where not much happens but popular with those visitors looking for something more authentic than an AI hotel. There are some beautiful, traditional houses and tavernas in Koskinou and nightlife centres around the quaint village square. Pop into Jasmine Café for Belgian waffles and Tasos’ Taverna for the best lamb chops in the area. Go on. We double dare you.
