It’s always a pleasure to photograph rental property in Rhodes Old Town. The ancient walled city is a maze of cobbled alleyways, awe-inspiring monuments and hidden treasures. Houses in the Old Town come in all shapes and sizes. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site all renovations have to compliment the Old Town’s existing architecture in order to preserve the city’s magical sense of history. Nikos reckons Chevaliers Inn was originally built around an ancient shrine dating back to the 14th century. Spending the day photographing the house’s low beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and secluded, high-walled courtyard it’s easy to believe that we are working in another century.
