We’ve no idea what it means either but we’re going to copyright the phrase Boho Zen as this year’s interior design buzzword. We might even go and live in a Boho Zen New York loft conversion and drink mineral water for breakfast. Boho Zen is the new black because it, like, embraces the white.

For the past few years every new business venture on Rhodes has described itself as boutique. Hotels, restaurants, apartments, health spas, gyms … everything is now boutique. No one is really too sure what it means either but it implies a certain style and aesthetic which is seldom achieved. It just sounds modern.
